James’ Quiz-story

I have been to many pub trivia nights in my time, but one really sticks out for me. I used to go to my local night in Putney, London, UK and loved the regular dose of excitement on an otherwise boring Monday night. The host was entertaining and original, and I kept on going back for more. After a while an opportunity came to be the quiz master.

 With various contacts, I had the chance to expand my own night to a few venues in London. Quiz Coconut was born. After hosting over 500 trivia events in 50+ pubs over London, I have now asked well over 15,000 questions! In addition I have hosted corporate events for local and global companies such as RBC, Deloitte and Disney. I have also run successful fundraisers for charities such as Alzheimer’s Society and Macmillan.

 I’m sure, like me, you have been to many trivia nights lacking energy, variety and enthusiasm which is down to a mixture of an uninspiring quizmaster and boring questions. Quiz Coconut only has the most enthusiastic quiz masters! In fact a recent survey of regulars suggest 100% think the QC quizmaster is better than average and 77% gave 5 stars out of 5.
